YOUNG PEOPLE
At Church of Sengkang, you will find a fun group of normal everyday young people with normal everyday struggles and difficulties.
The goal is that they come together to build positive relationships, great friendships, encourage one another, have lots of fun, share problems, hear resolutions, implement changes in their lives, and grow as individuals with confidence and their own style.

“Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.”
Our aim is to be a generation of youth anchored in God’s word, living out Godly lives to impact our community.
We are built on the following Key Principles:
- Knowledge of the Bible To understand the Word in a way that is relevant and challenging to the youths.
- Prayer Building a strong relationship with God through prayer.
- Atmosphere of Love
An atmosphere of unconditional love where every youth belongs and grows emotionally and spiritually.

Contemporary Christian worship music.

Relevant time of discussion on current topics that are applicable to today’s youth culture.

An atmosphere of love and grace, where youth can feel comfortable sharing about real life issues that may be on their heart and mind.

Time of prayer (nobody is ever required to pray out loud).

Small group connection time by age and gender when possible.

A challenge to each youth to think about God’s truth and how they can apply it to their lives in a real way.

Some good eats , all-you-can-eat pizza nights, every now and then
